Three additional individuals have been charged in connection with a harrowing case of abduction and murder in York County, Virginia, escalating the legal proceedings related to a violent gang-related incident earlier this year.

The indictment details a chilling sequence of events that began in the early hours of May 6, 2023, when Hezekiah Carney, 25, of Norfolk; Jamica Langley, 24, of Richmond; Donnisha Goodman, 26, of Portsmouth; and Acacia Jackson, 19, of New York; allegedly visited the Richmond residence of the victim to administer a gang-related punishment. Authorities state that the group, affiliated with different factions of the Almighty Black P. Stone Nation, initially left after assaulting the victim.

However, the situation escalated when the group, joined by Jayquan Jones, 25, also of Richmond, allegedly returned to the residence an hour later, this time armed and masked. They are accused of attacking the victim a second time before forcibly removing her from her home and transporting her to a secluded location in York County. It was there, off Old Williamsburg Road, that the victim was reportedly executed, with the Medical Examiner noting multiple gunshot wounds.

The case took a significant turn the following day when Norfolk Police apprehended Jackson, Goodman, and Langley in a vehicle linked to the crime. Investigators found evidence in the car that tied them to the murder scene, including a 9mm cartridge matching casings discovered near the victim’s body.

As the case progresses, Jackson has already pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit kidnapping and awaits sentencing, facing life imprisonment. Carney, Goodman, Langley, and Jones face charges of conspiracy to commit kidnapping and kidnapping resulting in death, with a mandatory life sentence if convicted.
