NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – On March 7, at 11:05 p.m., Norfolk Police were called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle at the intersection of Terminal Boulevard and Ruthven Road.
The motorcyclist, a 24-year-old man, was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash. The driver of the second involved vehicle, said to be a 4-door sedan, was reportedly uninjured.
The preliminary investigation has revealed the motorcyclist’s speed was a factor in the crash.
