Georgia Man Charged with Dozens of Child Pornography and Exploitation Offenses

A Georgia man is facing a long list of felony charges after authorities say he used social media to target a juvenile victim.

Jaylin Chaney was arrested without incident on March 14, 2025, in Norcross, Georgia, following a joint investigation involving the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit. The arrest came nearly three weeks after detectives first received a complaint on February 22 about Chaney’s alleged efforts to solicit inappropriate videos from a minor online.

After digging into the case, investigators issued a total of 64 felony warrants for Chaney. He’s now facing:

  • 16 counts of Possession of Child Pornography

  • 24 counts of Production of Child Pornography

  • 24 counts of Use of Communication Systems to Facilitate Crimes Against Children

The Norcross Police Department released a booking photo of Chaney and confirmed that he was taken into custody without resistance.

Officials have not released details about the juvenile victim or how long the alleged activity had been going on.

The investigation remains ongoing.
