A Chesapeake man, Eric Stephon Faulcon, 43, was sentenced to 16 years and eight months in prison for manufacturing, distributing, and possessing fentanyl, as well as possessing a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
On August 13, 2023, Chesapeake Police responded to four non-fatal overdoses at a local hotel. One victim, who believed they had ingested cocaine, required revival with naloxone (Narcan). Investigations identified the drug supplier as “Eazy,” later confirmed to be Faulcon.
Subsequent controlled purchases by police on August 22 and October 3, 2023, resulted in Faulcon selling mixtures containing fentanyl and xylazine. A search of his residence on October 17, 2023, uncovered significant quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine, along with a loaded, stolen handgun modified for fully automatic fire.
Faulcon’s criminal history includes a federal conviction for conspiracy to distribute heroin and state convictions for possession of heroin and two armed bank robberies. Released from prison on October 25, 2021, he was on supervised probation when he committed the recent offenses.
